A nice clean spacious apartment with an open plan kitchen, lounge and breakfast bar. The kitchen has been totally refurbished with full oven and electric hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine.

The lounge can also accommodate a single person as there is a sofa bed for sleeping purposes. There is TV with English Satellite. Video and DVD player, Radio/CD player, books and children's games.

There are patio doors that lead out to your own private spacious terrace, with outdoor table and chairs, a parasol, and sun loungers, there is also a BBQ too.

From the terrace you have stunning sea views, but also you have sea views from inside the apartment. So just pour yourself a Vodka and Tonic and enjoy those views.

The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath, and a shower, toilet and sink. Nice bright and clean. Towels are supplied but beach towels are not supplied. We also supply a hair dryer just in case you should forget to put yours in your case.

We have 2 bedrooms with twin beds, however the master bedroom the beds can be converted to a double bed as the mattresses can zip together, just let us know which you prefer. Baby cot hire is also available.

There is a safety deposit box in the master bedroom for your valuables.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and a dressing table with a mirror in each room. Both rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool at night.

Our apartment is in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, it's only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket for all your catering needs.

There is a large communal pool with plenty of sun loungers, and it's heated, but for those of you who prefer the beach then it's only a 10 minute walk.

Within the old town you have plenty of night life with bars, restaurants and the new Biosfera shopping centre, all within easy reach, there is no need for a car.
